السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته ... اخي الكريم تاكد اولاد من اتصال حسابك بالمنصة .. ثم من ان السوق مفتوح حيث لا يمكن الدخول بصفقة ايام اعطال السوق ... و تاكد من راس مالك هل كافي لاجراء الصفقة ... اذا كان كلشي تمام حاول حذف المنصة و تنصيبها من جديد

ممكن تكون بتدخل الحساب بباسوورد المشاهد مش باسوورد المتاجر
وبالتالى خانة فتح الصفقات مش بتكون مفعله لان الباسوورد للمشاهده فقط مش للتداول

انت اخى ما وضحت نوع المشكلة هل هى مشكلة فى الباسورد ام اليوزرنيم ام نوع السرفر المفتوح
ماهى الخطوات التى قمت بها
ماذا عن البيانات هل هى مكتوبة فى ملف ورد واتنت تنسخ منها وتضع فى المنصة ام تأخذها من الحفظ وهنا احتمالات الخطا تكون اكتر
ربما كان لازاما عليك توضيح المشكلة بالتفصيل

يعني من كلامك انك تدخل الحساب لكن لا يمكنك ان تعمل صفقات
ان كان الامر كذلط تاك من كلمة السر لان ليست كلمة السر المناسبة للمتاجرة جرب من جديد
