Thread: شئ غريب حدث معايا لتفعيل الحساب

    help شئ غريب حدث معايا لتفعيل الحساب

    السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
    مرحبا اخوتي في الله
    شئ غريب حدث معايا انا غيرت رقم حسابي في المنتدي
    ورفعت وثيقة لتفعيل المستوي الأول و تم رفضها و الرسالة كانت
    م رفص المستند من قبل مدير التحقق. السبب:
    نسخة جانبية خاطئة من المستند
    يرجى رفع ملف آخر
    علما بان هي دي نفس الوثيقة اللي رفعتها في الحساب الأول و اللي سحب عليها عادي اشمعني اترفضت المرة دي
    انا مش عارف
    المهم قعدت افكر شوية لاقيت ان المقصود بسبب الرفض ان فيه حواف بيضة حولين البطاقة ساعة لما اتاخدت سكانر
    قولت يمكن هو دا السبب
    و مش عارف دلوقتي اعمل ايه

    يبقي المشكلة في صورة الاسكانر الخاصة بالبطاقة الشخصية التي تم ارسالها لذلك قم باعادة عمل اسكانر مرة اخري للبطاقة الشخصية وحاول ترسلها مرة تانية وان شاء اللة يتم التفعيل

    السلام عليكم والله انا رفعت اكثر من 15 مرة ويتم الرفض والسبب هو المسح الضوئي و ثانيا يجب ان ترفع البطاقة بلونها الاصلي وليس نسخة منها والله الموفق

    انا بقي عايز افهم يعني ايه يتم رفضها بسبب
