لمن عنده الحل عندي مشكله
عندما اقوم بفتح المنصه التي بها الحساب الحقيقي والحساب التجريبي اقوم بفتح الحساب التجريبي يفتح عادي
اتحول للحساب الحقيقي الاقي مكتوب لا يوجد اتصال يا تري ايه السبب علما بان حسابي الحقيقي فتحته اكتر من مره رغم انه من غير رصيد
فهل من رد شافي عافي وبارك الله فيكم

و الله يا اخي الكريم بالنسبة لي في كل مرة تحصل معي هذه المشكلة اقوم بازالة المنصة و اعيد تصطيبها
بتمشي مدة ثم ترجع كما كانت
وهو شيئ غير طبيعي و الخطأ ليس منك و انما من المنصة للاسف
ارجو من الشركة البحث عن حل و في اسرع وقت
و الغريب في الامر في بعض الاحيان بعدما افتح الصفقة الاتصال ينقطع
مما اضطر لغلق المنصة و معاودة فتحها و تخيل الوقت المستغرق 40 او 50 ثانية
يعني ممكن الحساب يروح فيها , مع العلم ان النت عندي قوي جدااا

هدا الامر يحصل لكن مع الاسف عندما تكون الصفقة مفتوحة
خصوصا ادا كانت بلوت عالي فهدا امر خطير
انصحك لتفادي كل ما يمكنه ان يضر حسابك
بوضع نقاط الربح والخسارة بعين الاعتبار يعني
ستوب لوز وتيك بروفت
ويقطع زي ما يحب
