تحدث هذه المشكلة معي كثيرا فاكون في الحساب التجريبي وعندما اريد الانتقال الى الحقيقي يعطيني انه لا يوجد اتصال
ولكني تعلمت ان اغلق المنصة نهائيا ثم افتح المنصة من جديد واحاول الدخول الى الحقيقي وينجح الامر والحمد لله

اخي الفاضل اذا كان الحساب مفتوح من فتره اكتر من 3 شهور ولم تقم بالايداع او تحويل البونضص للحساب فربما يكون اغلق
