اخى لكريم من الواضح انك فعلت خطأ ما لان الشركة لا تغلق الحساب الا من دون اخطاءيرتكبها المتداولون
وعلى العموم يمكنك فتح حساب اخر وسيفيدك خدمه عملاء الدردشة المباشره
وسيقولون لك ماذا عليك ان تفعل هم اكثر ناس سيفيدونك

نعم اخي الكريم يمكن تغير حساب انيستا فى المنتدي ولاكن بعد مده شهرين من تاريخ ربطك لحسابك الاول وطبعا انت كده هتقعد شهرين او على الاقل شهر بدون بونص فالافضل انك تتواصل مع الدعم ممكن يقدرو يساعدوك فى حل المشكلة

الحساب لا يمكن ربطه بالشركة إلا بعد أن تنزع الربط من الحساب الأول
مثلا أنت فتحت حساب ثاني في إنستا فالأن تذهب لأكونت القديم في المنتدى وتنزع الربط عن الحساب القديم وتدخل للحساب الجديد
وبإذن الله سيربط معاك وانا مجربه

لا يمكن ربط الحساب مرة اخري الا بعد مرور شهرين اخي وذلك بعد فكه من الربط بالحساب الاول طبعا وبعدها عادي اخي يمكنك فتح حساب جديد بانستا وربطه بحسابك بالمنتدي

اخي الكريم بالفعل عمل حساب اخر ولكن بعد مضي شهرين علي تاريخ الاغلاق
ولكن عليك مراجعة الدعم الفني لمعرفة اسباب اغلاق حسابك ومعلاجة مشكلتك افضل من الانتظار ل 60 يوما
