مشكلة في ربط الحساب بالمنتدى
السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
حسابي قديم عمره اكثر من سنتين
و منذ فترة حوالي عدة اشهر لم افتحه
واليوم عندما فتحته تظهر لي هذه الجملة

ازاى الحساب مربوط من فتره ؟
ماينفعش تظهر لك هذه الرسالة الا اذا كنت لسه رابط الحساب اليوم او امس
والرسالة مستحيل تظهر لوحدها
الرسالة معناها ان حسابك تم ربطة بنجاح وتقدر تغيره فى 23 ابريل
ولو الحساب قديم ولم تتداول عليه من فترة قد يكون تم ارشفته
وممكن تحصل مشكلة فى استلام البونص

السلام عليكم اخي الكريم اشكرك على الرد . نعم ربما كان الحساب قد تم ارشفته لانني عندما فتحت الحساب اليوم طلب ربط الحساب من جديد و عندما ضغطت ربط ظهرت هذه الرسالة
هل يمكن ان يكون هناك مشكلة في تحويل البونوص؟
وكيف يمكن حل تلك المشكلة
