اتمنى حل المشكلة من جزورها لانى اكثر الاعضاء حرمانا من البونص بسبب هذه المشكلة التى لا ذنب لى فيها لانى اتحرمت شهرين قبل كدة بسبب نفس المشكلة والشهر اللى فات حصل كدة وتم حل المشكلة وقولت خلاص المشكلة اتحلت ولكن تكررت معى نفس المشكلة وهذا الشهرتعبت واجتهدت لدرجة انى كنت لما بعمل موضوع كنت بقعد نصف ساعه اظبط فيه علشان انزله والبونص اللى كان فى العداد عندى كان كويس والحمد لله

وكمان ربط حساب جديد بعد انتهاء الشهر وقبل استلام البونص
حضرتك لم يظلمك المنتدى ولم تظلمك الشركة انت بتظلم نفسك بنفسك
تغير الحساب يجب ان يكون قبل انتهاء الشهر الذى سوف تستلم بونص عنه (والكلام ده معروف للجميع)
لكن واضح ان عندك هواية ربط الحساب اول كل شهر (زى ماعملت فى الموضوع القديم)

الحساب لا يحتاج اعادة ربط (الحساب يمكن ان يظل بالعضوية 10 سنوات بدون اعادة ربط)
انت لا تحتاج الى ربط الحساب بعد انتهاء فترة الربط (شهرين)
حضرتك لن تستلم بونص هذا الشهر لانك اعدت ربط الحساب
لو كنت تركت الحساب كما هو بدون اى تدخل منك كان زمانك استلمت البونص
