اخي لا تنسى وليكن في علمك انه البونص للشهر يتحول الى الحساب في 10 الى 15 ايام للشهر القادم الى حسابك

اخي الكريم يوجد عده اسباب لمشكلتك هذه
السبب الاول اما ان يكون بسبب تأخر وصول البونص الي الحسابات و ذلك بسبب المراجعه التي اصبحت تحدث للحسابات
و ثاتيا من الممكن ان تكون لم تربط حسابك الموجود بشركه انستافوركس بحسابك بالمنتدي من خلال صفحتك الشخصبه فلذلك يجب عليك ان تذهب الي صفحتك الشخصيه و تتاكد من ان كان الحساب مربوط و ظاهر رقم الحساب ام لا و ان كان قد تم ربط الحساب و مرت الفتره المقرره لمراجعه البونص و استلم جميع الاعضاء البونص و انت لم تستلمه فيمكنك تقدم طلب لأداره المنتدي لمعرفه السبب وراء ذلك
