مساء الخير هذه المشكلة ممكن حلها بالدخول الى option تجخل معلومات الحساب كلها و وتدخلها في الذكرة يعني تحفظها اما حسابات المسابقلات له وقت معين وايام معينة لاحظ حتى ان كان الحساب موجود لا تقدر الشراء او البيع لان وقت المسابقة لم يحن سلام

بالتأكيد ان المشكلة اختي الكريمة من سرعة النت فلا بد ان النت عندك بطيء فتحصل تلك التوقفات في المنصة اثناء المسابقات او على سيرفر المسابقات اما انك تدخلي بحسابك التجريبي ولا تستطيع الدخول بحسابك الحقيقي فهذا الامر او هذه المشكلة تكون بسبب السيرفر فيجب ان تختاري السيرفر الصحيح وهو السيرفر الذي قمت باختياره عندما فتحت حساب مع الشركة ولو كنت نسيت اسم السيرفر راسلي مندوب الشركة مستر دارك وارسلي له رقم حسابك وسيعطيك اسم السيرفر الصحيح

اخى الفاضل بعد التحية اتمنى ان تكون قد توصلت الى حل لهذه المشكلة والا فعليك بتغيير نسخة الويندوز التى تعمل بها وتنصيب نسخة جديدة وقم بتنصيب المنصة مرة اخرى وان شاء الله هاتشتغل معاك بشكل جيد وبدون اى مشاكل
