انا لغتي الاول العربية و الثانية الفرنسية و لكن للاسف لا ااتقن اللغة الانجليزية
و اول امرة اسمع انه يوجد خدمة عملاء بالغة الفرنسية , على العموم و رغم قلة تواجد الدعم العربي الا اني استفيد من اجباتهم
لكن اتذكر مرة كنت فيها لامس الحاجة لاجابة مما اضطررت لتواصل مع الدعم الانجليزي و للاسف افادي بمعلومة خاطة تماما
و شككت بالاجابة ,و عاودت طرحها مرة اخرى في نفس المحادثة, و لكن الدعم اكد لي ان اجابته صحيحة , و لكن اكتشفت بعدها ان المعلومة خاطئة.

اعتقد ان الدعم باللغة الانجليزية افضل
لسهولة التعامل خصوصا في بعض المصطلحات
اضافة الى ان الدعم العربي قام بمهاتفتي وبصعوبة اللغة ثقيلة وتاخد وقت اكبر من اللازم
لكن وجب القول اننا نشكر انستا على الالتفاتة لان الدعم العربي هام جدا خصوصا للمبتدئين
ولانه في بعض الاحيان اسهل وابسط للجميع
