مشكل فالإتصال مع السرفر
السلام عليكم،
أنا جديد فالفوركس اتعامل مع الانستا وحملت منصة ال-mt4 من عنده لكن بعد التنصيب لم يتمكن من الاتصال بسرفير، جربت تنصيب البرنامج في كمبيوتر صديق وإشتغل البرنامج بنجاح.
مع العلم أن اشتغل على ويندوز 7 وكل برامج الحماية غير مفعولة.
أرجو المساعدة مع الشكر.

بالفعل أخي، لقد أزلت البرنامج واعدت تنزيله من الموقع لكن بدون فائدة. سرعة الانترنت عادية ولا مشكلة فيها .

اخي الكريم المنصة شغالة عادي جداا و لا يوجد اي خلل بالسيرفر
اعتقد ان المشكل لديك في جهازك عليك اعادة تسبيط الويندوز

لقد قمت بتنصيب منصة mt-5 لكن لم يتمكن من الاتصال بسرفير كالعادة.
هل هناك حل بدون إعادة تنصيب الويندوز ؟
