    العنصر الإنساني
    سعر السھم یمثل . السعر الذي یوافق شخص ما على البیع بھ وشخص آخر یوافق بالشراء بھ. والسعر ھو الذي یرغب المستثمر في الشراء أو البیع بھ اعتمادا على توقعاتھ . إذا توقع أن سعر السھم سوف یزید سوف یشتریھ وإذا توقع ان
    سعر السھم سوف ینخفض ھو بطبیعة الحال سوف یبیعھ وھذه الحالة البسیطة ھي السبب الرئیسي في التنبوء بأسعار
    الأسھم إشارة إلى التوقعات الإنسانیة.
    وكما نحن جمیعا نعرف مباشرة ان البشر غیر قابلین للقیاس والتوقع بسھولة . وھذه الحقیقة الوحیدة التي تمنع أي نظام
    تجارة للعمل بثبات. لان البشر مرتبطون بعادات معینھ ومعظم قرارات الاستثمار العالمیة مستندة على معاییر غیر ذات
    علاقة ، مثل علاقاتنا مع عائلاتنا وجیراننا وأصحاب أعمالنا والمرور والبلدیة ودخلنا ونجاحاتنا السابقة وحالات فشلنا
    وكل التأثیرات الشخصیة والتوقعات والقرارات أیضا
