ان السعر يتحدد بناء علىالعرض و الل الذى من شانه ان يرفع السعر حال ان كانت الكميه المعروضه قليله و اطلب زائد كما يحدث الان بالنسبه للدولار بمصر من عدم تفره و الطلب عليه متزايد و من هنا يرتفع السعر و لعكس حال اخفاض السعر

اعتقد ان المتحكم الاول فى اسعار الصرف للعملات وتحديدها هى البنوك المركزيه لانها وبكل سهوله تحتوى على اموال قادره
على تعديل السعر ان تم ضخها او منعها من السوق وهكذا
