Thread: مشكل في تفعيل المستويين ؟! أرجوا المساعدة

    مشكل في تفعيل المستويين ؟! أرجوا المساعدة

    السلام عليكم و رحمة الله

    اعاني من مشكل عدم قبول النسخ المرفوعة للموقع

    يتم الرفض بسبب : low-resolution scanned copy.

    هذي الرسالة
    The files you uploaded has been rejected by verification manager by reason
    low-resolution scanned copy.
    Please upload another file.

    المشكلة أني لما اعمل جودة عالة من المسح تكون حجم الصورة كبير جدا

    الحد المسموح به في الموقع 2 mb

    راسلت الدعم و ارسلتلهم صور بحجم 5 mb

    و كمان رفضوها لنفس السبب ؟؟

    الغريب انو المستوى الأول كان مفعل بنسخة من جواز السفر و حجم النسخة عادي

    250 كيلو

    راحو رفضوها بعد ما كان مفعل ؟؟؟

    ممكن حل للمشكلة ؟

    اعمل اعادة سكانر الصورة ؛ و لازم تكون واضحة
    و الحجم مش مشكلة حتى وان كانت 180 كيلو تتقبل المهم الديمونسيون يكون كبير يعنى في حدود 1060/660 مثلا

    طيب ان كنت متأكد من جودة الصورة ابقى على اعادة رفعها الى ان يتم قبولها ..
    اذا اردت عدل على الصورة و امسح بياناتك و ارفعلي الصورة على الخاص حتى اشوف ربما فيه حاجة غلط حضرتك مش واخذ بالك منها

    ممكن حل للمشكلة ؟
    في برامج كتير ممكن تستخدمها علشان تضغط حجم الصوره بحيث تكون 2 ميجا او اقل ولا تقلل من جودتها
    علي سبيل المثال برنامج الفوتوشوب او بيكاسا
    لو مش عندك برامج ممكن ترفع الصوره علي الفيس بوك لانه بيقوم بتصغير حجم الصوره بشكل اوتماتيك
    وبعدها قم بحفظ الصوره من الفيس بوك الي جهاز الكمبيوتر بتاعك
    (عند رفع الصوره علي الفيس بوك اجعلها مرئيه لك فقط حتي لا يستطيع احد رؤيتها ثم الغياها بعد الانتهاء)
