الاخ الكريم, انت بتكتب في حسابك هنا في المتنتدى واذا كنت تقصد حسابك في انستا فيبقه توضح اذا سمحت, انت اكيد اراتكبت اي خطا او مخالفه لقوانين الشركه مثل اغلاق الصفقه قبل خمس دقائق او ربحت بلوط عالي من صفقه واحده مبلغ كبير وقت اخبار, راسل الدعم الفني واشرح لهم

اخي شركه انيستافوركس تغلق الحسابات في اي وقت تشاء اذا خالفت شروط التداول بالبونص قد تكون حضرتك اخللت بشروط التداول وانت ليس لك علم بها وبالتالي فأن الشركه لها الحق في اغلاق الحسابات وهذا البند موجود لدى الشركه وعدم الرجوع اليها لمعرفه الاسباب

يا أخي العزيز اذا تم اغلاق حسابك في انيستا فوركس فأكيد انك خالفت قوانين الشركة الواضحة ولم تلتزم بها ، عموما اتصل بخدمة العملا و هم يفيدوك اكتر و اكتر و علشان كلنا نعرف السبب و نستفيد منه لعدم تكرار الأخطاء ، و شكرا للجميع

السلام عليكم السبب اكيد انك خافت قوانين الشركه ربما كانت نسبه ارباحك وقت الخبر اكثر من10%او انك لم تتجاوز فريم 5 دقائق لغلق الصفقة راجع وثيقة انيستا لشرو ط البونص اتمنى لكم النجاح والله الموفق

ربما حالفت احد القوانيان التي تنص عليها الشركة الخاصة بحسابات البونص أخي العزيز يجب عليك مراجعة القوانين لكي لا يتم غلق حسابك مرة اخرى.
