لكن للاسف فان بعض البنوك المركزية تستغل نفوذها بما يضر مصلحة الشعوب
و اذكر منها على سبيل المثال البنك المركزي التونسي الذي منع لسنوات طويلة خدمة البايبال في تونس
و عندما قام بفتحها اخيرا في 2015 بعد عدة حملات قام بها التونسيون وضع عدة شروط مجحفة لفتح حساب و التعامل من خلاله
الى ان اصبح فتح حساب لا يختلف عن عندم فتحه
و الله المستعان
