مره يقولو ان الاسم اللى فى الهويه غير اسم صاحب الحساب ومره يقولو ان الوثائق فيها تعديل ومره يقولو انى استخدمت الوثيقه فى مستوى اخر من التفعيل ودا محصلش

لازم الاسم فى الاثبات يتطابق مع الاسم فى حسابك
وتكون الصورة واضحة وحاول ترفعها اكثر من مرة حتى لو اترفضت ارفعها تانى

انا فعلا اشعر بما تشعر به يا اخى الفاضل لان تفعيل الحسابات فى انستا امر مزعج جدا ولكن حاول مجددا ولا تيأس وباذن الله سيتم تفعيل حسابك اهم شئ يكون تاريخ الفاتورة ال بتثبت عنوانك اقل من 3 شهور ولازم يكون اسمك متطابق تماما كما هو فى الحساب وان تم رفض الوثيقة مع كل هذا ارفعها مجددا ومجددا ومجددا وصدقنى سيتم قبولها وربنا يعينك ^^
لكى تصل الى القمة عليك ان تتخطى العوائق مهما كانت قوية !

الوثيقة يتم رفضها في الحالات الاتية
اذا كانت غير واضحة....والحل ان تكون الوثيقة واضحة جدا
المستند المرسل غير المستند المطلوب.....والحل هناك اكثر من مستند يمكنك التفعيل به
صورة الهوية الحكومية او صورة جواز السفر او صورة رخصة القيادة
صورة من ايصال كهرباء او ايصال مياه او ايصال غاز او مستند كشف حساب بنكي بتاريخ حديث
وفي كل الاحوال لازم المستند يكون الاسم فيه والعنوان منطبق مع الاسم والعنوان الموجود في البطاقة

اخى ما مشكله ابدا اذا اتفعل بس مستوى اول هيبقى الحساب برده شغال ولكن يمكن التفعيل بتاعك بييه مشكله خاصه
بالوثيقه اتمنى تحلها باذن الله
