    news 9 بنوك ستدفع ملياري دولار لتعويض مستثمرين بعد التلاعب في سوق الصرف

    كشفت تقارير صحفية أن 9 بنوك كبرى وافقت على سداد أكثر من ملياري دولار أمريكي لتعويض مستثمرين، في إطار اتهامات بالتلاعب في سوق الصرف الأجنبي.
    وذكرت شركة "هاوس فيلد" القانونية والتي تمثل المدعين، اليوم الجمعة، أنها توصلت لاتفاق بإجمالي يتجاوز ملياري دولار مع البنوك المتهمة بالتلاعب في سوق الصرف، لكنها لم تذكر طريقة تقسيم المبلغ على المصارف.
    والبنوك التسعة المتهمة بالتلاعب في أسواق الصرف هي "بنك أوف أمريكا"، و"باركليز"، و"بي إن بي باربيا"، و"جولدمان ساكس"، و"إتش إس بي سي"، و"جي بي مورجان"، و"يو بي إس"، و"رويال بنك أوف سكوتلاند"، و"سيتي جروب".
    وأشارت الشركة إلى أن الاتفاق لازال في إطاره المبدئي، حيث لابد من حصوله على موافقة قاضي المحكمة الجزئية الأمريكية "لورنا سكوفيلد".
    وكانت السلطات الأمريكية والبريطانية قد قررت تغريم 6 بنوك كبرى وهي "باركليز"، و"جي بي مورجان"، و"سيتي جروب"، و"رويال بنك أوف سكوتلاند"، و"يو بي إس"، وبنك أوف أمريكا" نحو 6 مليارات دولار، بسبب اتهامات بالتلاعب في سوق الصرف الأجنبي، وأسعار الفائدة.
