ستكملت شركة “اتصالات” الإماراتية بيع حصتها البالغة 92.3% في شركة “كنار” السودانية للاتصالات التي تشغل خطوط الهاتف الثابت.
وأعلنت اتصالات في بيان نشر على موقع سوق أبوظبي للاوراق المالية أنها باعت الحصة لبنك الخرطوم في السودان مقابل 349.6 مليون درهم (حوالي 95.18 مليون دولار) بعد أن رفض الأخير بيع “اتصالات” حصتها في “كنار” لشركة “زين السودانية”، مستخدماً حق الشفعة.
وأكدت “اتصالات” الإمارات في بيانها، أن اية تطورات أخرى حول هذه الصفقة، سيبلغ السوق بها وفق القواعد والقوانين المعمول بها
