السلام عليكم
عندي مشكله أرهقتني
وهو فتح الصفقه(الشراء_البيع) غير مفعل
مع العلم انو كان شغال بشكل ممتاز فجأه وقف
دورت في النت على حلول وطبقت جميع الخيارات
_قفلت المنصه وفتحتها من جديد
_ألغيت تثبيت الميتاتريد وأعدت تثبيتها
وللأسف نفس المشكله ما زالت مستمره
فتحت حساب تجريبي
ونفس المشكله مستمره
وبعدين استخدمت جهاز ثاني وحملت فيه الميتاتريدر
ودخل بحسابي التجاري نفس المشكله
وفتحت حساب تجريبي نفس المشكله ما تغيرت

غريبة هى مرة حصلتلى فعلا وغيرت الوندوز وكنت شكة ف النت انة ضعيف
ممكن تجرب تانى واكيد مشكلة نت لما بيكون ضعف بيخفى البينات وكمان تحت بيكتبلك ديسبليد

اخى الفاضل ممكن تكون تلك المشكلة سببها ضعف الانترنت عندك فتاكد من الانترنت وان كان
سريع فاعد الدخول بكلمة السر ورقم الحساب الا يكون هناك خطا وكذلك تاكد من نوع السيرفر الذى تعمل عليه

الامر غريب فعلا اخي اعد الغاء المنصه مره اخرى من الجهاز نهائيا واعد تثبيتها عسى ان تعمل منصه الميتادير معك ولو ان الامر جربته انت لكن حاول اخي واذا لم تنفع حاول ان تتصل بقسم الدعم في شركه انيستا فوركس

اخي الكريم يمكن ان تكون مشكلتك بسبب ضعف الصبيب لانه لا يمكن الغاء الاوامر فجاة بدون سبب و انصحك باعادة تنصيب المنصة من جديد
