الى بها ممكن ان تسمح لك بالدخلو الى الحساب بتاعك من المنصة

ده مشكلتين يا اما النت ضعيف مثلا فا الاوامر مش واضحه ومخفية وتحت عند تسجيل الدخول تلاقى الكيلو بايت ماشى ببطئ
او مشكلة ف الوندوز
الوندوز غير مناسب مع الميتاتريدر فا ممكن تغيرة

اخي الكريم مشكلتك غير مفهومة كيف لازرار الميتاتريدر لا تعمل ربما لم تحمل الميتاتريدر الصحيح يجب ان ان تكون الميتاتريدر التي حملتها متماثلة مع نوع السيستيم الذي تشتغل فيه.
ارجو ان تحل المشكلة بالتوفيق للجميع تقبل مروري والسلام

شكرا لك على استفسارك المهم فانا احب ان اوضح اذا كان بحسابك اساسا رصيد لو هناك رصيد تأكد من انك تتاجر بلوت لا يفوق راس مالك ولا الرافعة الماليه المستخدمه بعد ذلك اول امر تداوال بالمنصه يعطيك رسالة اضغط اوكى و تدوال فورا أو انك من الاساس قد دخلت بالباسورد الخاصه بالمشاهده و ليست الباسورد الاساسيه

انا بعد تنزيل البرنامج على الكمبيوتر لم اجد هذه المشكلة الا فى حالة ان الانترنت ضعيف
و اجد على اقصى اليمين فى اسفل المنصة مكتوب بها سرعة الانترنت فمن الممكن هو السبب والله اعلم

أخى الغالى اذا كنت تقد أزرار شراء وبيع الموجود داخل الشارت فيمكنك تفعيلها من خلال الدخول على أداوت ثم خيارات ثم تداول ثم اختار التداول بنقرة واحدة ضع أمامة علامة صح أما اذا كان غير ذلك فيرجى تحميل المنصة مرة أخرى من موقع الشركة وتنصيبها من جديد
