اخواني انا قمت بفتح صفقة الساعة 6 مساءا بتاريخ 5/10 و قمت باغلاقها 7 صباحا بتاريخ 6/10 يعني مر عليها 13 ساعة
اخواني هل هذا يعتبر تبييت للصفقة ؟ و ما حكم تبييت الصفقة في الحساب الاسلامي ؟

شكرا لك اخى الكريم على هذا السؤال و لكن انت فاتح حساب اسلامى ام لا ؟؟ اذا كان الحساب اسلامى فلا يوجد فائده على التبيت اما حكم الاسلام فهو حرام طبعا احتساب فؤائد على الصفقة المبيته فالأصل فى الاسلام عدم احتساب اى فائدة على الصفقة المبيته حتى لشهور لان ذلك ربا

اكيد طبعا دة يعتبر تبييت للصفقة لكن لو كنت عامل حسابك اسلامى عند التسجيل
مش هتاخد اى عمولة لكن لو لاحظت ان فى عمولة يبقى حسابك مش اسلامى

فى الحساب غير الاسلامى عند تبييت الصفقة يكون فى فوائد للتبييت وللابتعاد عن ها الفوائد
يجب مراعاة عند فتح الحساب يكون اسلامى
