أعتقد أن الفرق بينهما هو أن سوق الفوركس هو سوق لتداول العملات بالبيع والشراء 24 ساعة يومياً ويمكن الربح منه في العمليتين البيع والشراء حسب أتجاه السعر، أما سوق الأوراق المالية فهي سوق للأسهم والسندات يقوم المتداول بالشراء وينتظر السعر الأعلى للبيع ويمكن أن يكون ذلك بعد مدة طويلة ربما شهور ويمكن أن يخسر لو هبط سعر الأسهم التي أشتراها فهو يعتمد على المكسب من شراء الأسهم وبيعها بسعر أعلى والأسهم يمكن أن يأخذ عليها أرباح سنوية لو حققت مكاسب .
