اسف اخي لا استطيع رؤيه الرساله التي تتحدث عنها لكن ممكن تكون المشكله في النت او في البرنامج

الظاهر من الرسالة التي قلتها ان حسابك منع من القيام بالصفقات، يعني منع من التجارة، وقد يكون ذلك لعدة اسباب.
ربما انت خالفت قوانين الشركة،
ربما رصيدك غير كافي لفتح الصفقة بالحجم الذي تطلبه.
ربما يكون لديك مشكل في الاتصال بالانترنت او السيرفر الخاص بالحساب.
في جميع الحالات راجع رصيد حسابك في الشركة وتأكد من الارتباط بالانترنت، ثم اتصل بدعم الشركة ليقدموا لك التوضيح الكافي والمساعدة لحل المشكل.
العلم مال المعدمين إذ هم خرجوا الى الدنيا بغير حطام
