أعلنت شركة دار التأمين، عن قيامها بشراء 20 ألف سهم من أسهمها، يوم الخميس الماضي، تمثل 0.016% من رأس المال المكتتب فيه.
وأضافت الشركة - في بيان على موقع سوق "أبوظبي" المالي- أن شراء الأسهم تم بسعر 0.75 درهم للسهم الواحد، بقيمة إجمالية للصفقة بلغت 15 ألف درهم.
وأشار البيان، إلى أن عدد الأسهم المتبقية للشراء تراجع إلى نحو 10.780 مليون سهم.
وجدير بالذكر أن خسائر الشركة خلال الربع الثالث من العام الجاري تراجعت إلى 4.09 مليون درهم مقابل خسائر بلغت 4.79 مليون درهم للربع المماثل من العام 2015.
