ليه لما بتكون مشكلة بجد محدش بيرد من الدعم ولما تكون مشكلة عادية تلاقى فى وقتها ممثل الدعم دخل وقال الكلام ده غلط وبيحط اسبابه على طول ياريت حد يعبرنى من الفجر براسل الشركة على كل ايميلاتها وراسلت دعم المنتديات الاخ حسان وراسلت هنا ومفيش ولا حل ولا حتى حد يقولك انت غلطان عشان كده وبند رقم كذا
لكن تجاهل بالشكل ده حاجة غريبة جدا

اخى الكريم
بصراحة شديدة شركة انستا اصبحت تعامل عملائها باسوء معاملة
واصبحت تهمل فى دعم العملاء وخصوصا البونص الذى يتم الغائه
بعد وضعه بدقائق والشركة قد تسببت فى لى فى اكثر من خسارة كبيرة
عندما كانت تسحب البونص وانا فى السوق وبصراحة الشركة اغتنت ولا اتحتاج لعملاء لان
