للاسف اختى الكريم اعتقد بعد انتظارك كل هذه المده لن يتم قبول الاوراق لانه يجب ان تكون البيانات المسجله فى الحساب مساوية للبيانات فى الملفات المرفقه للتفعيل بس تقدري ترسلى ايميل للدعم الفني للاستفسار عن حاله طلبك للتفعيل وانا شخصيا فعلت الحساب بالبطافة وجواز السفر

اولا الحساب مش هيتفعل بوصل نور باسم والد حضرتك لان كل الوثائق لازم تكون باسمك او ممكن تعملي الحساب باسم الوالد و تفعليه بورقه , ثانيا يوجد دعم مباشر يمكن الاتصال بيه بدل الانتظار لمدة شهر كامل بدون فعل اي شئ
