نعم اخي الفاضل يمكنك التحويل لكن للاسف هناك حدود للسحب الى بطاقتك يمكنك التاكد منها من خلال حسابك و عند تفعيله يختفي الحد و يصبح الحساب بلا حدود بالتوفيق لك و للجميع

انا حسابي كان غير مفعل في البايبال لكن استقبل عليه اموال
الان اضفت له التفعيل بالحساب الامريكي وسوف اشتري بطاقة فيزا الكترون لتفعيله كامل والسحب على البطاقة

اظن هنالك سقف للاستقبال في الحساب الغير مفعل سيضطرك للتفعيل

اخي العزيز ممكن تشحن حسابك في البيبال بمبالغ صغيرة طالما هو مش مفعل و اعتقد ذلك خلال بضعة اشهر و لكن ليست نصيحة جيدة لانه من الممكن ان يتوقف الحساب في اية لحظة و تخسر الرصيد اذا يفضل ان تفعله و بالتوفيق
