استفسار هآم بخصوص شركة انستا فوركس برجاء الدخول و الإفادة

أنا عندي سؤال بخصوص شركة انستافوركس و هو كالتالي :
بعد أن قمت بالتسجيل في شركة انستافوركس طلبوا مني التفعيل.. أمر عادي و طبيعي جدا
قمت بذلك و الحمد لله قمت بتفعيل المستوى الأول و الثاني بنجاح
و لكن عندما أردت أن أدخل للحساب على الميتاتريدر قمت بإدخال : رقم الحساب التجارى و كلمة سر
ظهرت لي في "الكونكشن ستاتوس" أسفل يمين الميتاتريدر العبارة التالية :

المرجو إفادتي علما أني لم أضع بعد المال في الحساب

أعتقد أن المشكلة السيرفر لم تدخله أو ادخلته بشكل خاطئ فجرب كل السيرفرات حتى تسجل الصحيح منها
أما لو ظلت المشكلة توجه بها للدعم الفني حتى تجد الحل المناسب له
