السلام عليكم ... طيب حضرتك اخى الكريم ليه لم تكلم الدعم الفنى لانستا و تشرح المشكلة ممكن يكون غلط فى السيستم طيب برضوا هل هناك اخطاء معينة تمت فى التداول بمعنى
مثلا حضرتك بتقفل الصفقة قبل مرور خمس دقائق على الصفقة لان دة خطأ و هكذا لان اكيد فيه خطأ ما لان انستا مش ممكن تقفل الحساب بدون اسباب لانها اصلا مستفيدة معاك من ربحك
