يا جماعة احنا بنجرى نحلل ونحرم بدون فهم وعلى فكرة طريقة العرض مهمة جدا فى السؤال بمعنى
انى انا لما اسأل بطريقة ممكن الجواب يجى بتحريم ولو سالت بطريقة اخرى الجواب يجى بتحليل ودة لأن مافيش نص تحريمى مؤكد احنا بنتعامل مع المثل والأستنتاج العقلى لما هو فى حكم المثل وعشان كدة ممكن تقول الشركىة بتتقاضى منى عمولة نظير مجهود فتصير حلال وممكن تقول الشركة تأخذ منى مقابل مالى عشلان تخلينى اعقد الصفقة فتصير تحريم فربما كانت رشوة
