طبعا لازم تكون الشركة مسجلة في إحدى الهيئات الرقابية مثل الهيئة الرقابية البريطانية (fsa)، والهيئات الرقابية الأمريكية (cftc, nfa) ، وطبعا انستا غير مسجلة في أي هيئة رقابية لكن طالما مبندفعش فيها فلوس وكلها فلوس بونص يبقا معندناش اي مشاكل

ترخيص nfa وهو ترخيص امريكي

السلام عليكم ، فى منتديات كتير بيكون فيها جزء يخص التحرى عن الشركات وطريقة ادائها وموقعها فين ، لكن لازم تتأكد من ترخيص هذه الشركه فمثلا فى امريكا السمسار يجب أن يكون مسجلا كتاجر أسهم مستقبلية (fcm) في سوق السلع المستقبلية في (cftc) أو عضو فى منظمة nfa ، و cftc و nfa وهى مهمتها أن تحمي جمهور التجار ضد أي احتيال أو أي أعراف تجارية سيئة . انا شخصيا افضل الشركات المسجله فى بريطانيا لان قانونها صارم
