مشكلة في موني بوكرز
انا معايا حوالي 90 دولار في موني بوكرز وجيت اسحبهم لكن نسيت اليوم في تاريخ ميلادي تقريبا عملته غلط
وجربت اكتر من مرة وتم غلق حسابي وبعتولي على ايميلي اني ابعتلهم البطاقة وبعتلهم البطاقة ووصل غاز باسمي
لكن لسه مردوش عليه ياريت اللي عندو خبرة في الموضوع ده يفيدني لاني مش قادر اسحب الفلوس او احولها؟

بنك المونى بوكرز من البنوك المحترمة والمشهورة بصرامة القوانين وهذا لمصلحتك
لا مشاكل اخى طالما ان الحساب ملكك ولديك ما يثبت فسوف تنتهى المشكلة فى اقرب وقت ولا داعى للقلق وربما تنتهى المشكلة فى خلال اسبوع الى 10 ايام حسب الضغط على الدعم الفنى .

السلام عليكم ... اخى الفاضل بالنسبة لموضوع حضرتك لم تجد اجابات كثيرة لان الموضوع طبعا مهم و لكن استثنائى ممكن لم يحدث مع كثيرا مننا و على العموم حضرتك تتابع مع البنك و الدعم الفنى للبنك و الموضوع مش ردود او بونص ... حضرتك بتسأل فى موضوع
لم يحدث كثيرا فكلنا بنحاول نساعد بعض حتى و لو بفكرة او برأئى و لو كلنا لم نرد علشان خوفا انه يكون هناك شبهة انه بيرد علشان البونص مع انه من حق جميع الزملاء لن يرد احد على احد فى المنتدى

السلام عليكم ... اخى العزيز انا متفهم وجهة نظر حضرتك لانى اعلم ان بنك المونى بوكرز من البنوك التى لا تسمح بعمل حساب ثانى كما يحدث فى الباى بال ممكن تعمل حتى و لو 5 حسابات علشان تحول اموال من حساب غير مفعل الى حساب اخر مفعل
للاسف استنى مع الدغم شوية لانهم مهتمين بالموضوع لانهم طلبوا المستندات فأكيد ان شاء الله حيردوا بالخير ... نصيحة لا تتخذ معهم نظام التهديد على انك ستشكوا لهيئات مالية أو كدة و انما قول انك عاوز تعمل ايداع بمبلغ كبير بس مستنى التفعيل علشان يهتموا طالما فى مصلحتهم
