السلام عليكم ... اخى الفاضل بالنسبة لسؤال حضرتك من حيث هل ممكن استخدام الماستر كارد انستا داخل البلد من حيث الشراء أو دفع فاتورة مطعم و هكذا
و لكن فى رأى الشخصى انه لا يصلح استخدامها فى الشراء مثلها مثل فيزا بايزا فى وقت اصدارها كانت للسحب و الايداع فقط و بالتوفيق للجميع
