ارتفعت أسعار المساكن في المناطق الحضرية الكبرى في الولايات المتحدة في أقوى معدل سنوي في أكثر من سبع سنوات في شهر أكتوبر، وفقا لتقرير صدر من قبل ستاندرد اند بورز يوم الثلاثاء. وقال التقرير ارتفع 20 مدينة المركب مؤشر أسعار المنازل s & p / كيس شيلر 13.6 في المئة في اكتوبر تشرين الاول مقارنة مع نفس الشهر من العام الماضي.
يعكس زيادة تسارع النمو متواضعة من 13.3 في المئة في سبتمبر ايلول وينظر هو أقوى معدل للنمو منذ فبراير شباط عام 2006.

من الطبيعي ان تكون السكنات الحضرية في تزايد في الاسعار وهذا لاسباب عدة منها الحظوظ التي توجد في الحضر عكس المدن النائية من عمل وفرص تجارة وغيرها
