يمثل ميزان الانفاقات النسبه بين المبالغ التي تم دفعها للخارج وبين المبالغ التي تم تلقيها من الخارج. بكلمات اخرى, فهذا المؤشر يظهر المجموع الكلي لعمليات التجاره الخارجيه الميزان التجاري, لتوازن بين التصدير والاستيراد والنفقات. اذا كانت المبالغ الداخله من الدول الاخرى ومن المنظمات الدوليه أعلى من المبالغ الخارجه حينها يكون ميزان الانفاقات ايجابي. الفائض هو عامل ايجابي لنمو العمله الوطنيه.
