اخوتي لدي حساب تجريبي واخر حقيقي عند الدخول على المنصة لاتقوم بتسجيل الدخول ولكن عند الدخول على منصة الهاتف تعمل بشكل اعتيادي
وحاولت ان ارسل للدعم ولكنهم لم يردو على فهل هده المشكلة عامة ام عندي فقط ؟؟؟

اعتقد بانه ضعف نت او انك بحاجة الي تغيير الويندوز لان ويندوز لو كان قديم يقوم بعمل هذه الحركة للاسف

يا أخي في المنصة من أسفل مقابل يدك اليمنىستجد أيقونة عبارة عن خطوط حمراء و خضراء طولية إذا لمستها بالماوس ستجد مكتوب عليها حالة الإتصال أما لو ضغطت عليها سيعطيك تسجيل الدخول

اخي يمكنك من خلال الدخول في كل مره علي نفس المنصه والتسجيل ال حسابك عادي جدا وفي كل مره تقوم بتغيير بيانات الحساب علي اساس الحساب الحقيقي او الديمو مثل التسجيل ع الفيس بوك من فون واحد وايميلين
