يتم أستخدام متوسط حسابى مثل 50 او 100 او 150 أو 200 او اى كان حسب خبرتك و تجربتك بالنسبه للسوق الخاص بك ولكن الأكثر شهره هي الأرقام التي ذكرتها ولكلما أشتهر الأسلوب المستخدم كلما زادت ثقة المضاربين به وتستخدم علي فريمات زمنية مختلفه من الشهري الي ال 5 دقائق .
في حال كان السعر فوق المتوسط الحسابي يعمل المتوسط الحسابي للسعر كدعم أما اذا كان السعر تحت المتوسط الحسابي فيعمل المتوسط الحاسبي للسعر كمنطقة مقاومة .
