    الهيئات الرقابية الأمريكية (CFTC, NFA)

    1. هيئة (CFTC) هي اختصار لـ (Commodity Futures Trading Commission)، وتعني هيئة المتاجرة في السلع الآجلة، وهي هيئة تابعة للكونجرس الأمريكي، تقوم بتنظيم العمل في الأسواق المالية والرقابة عليها للحد من المخالفات، وتصل صلاحياتها لإغلاق شركات الوساطة إذا تجاوزت القوانين وذلك بناءً على ما تصدره هيئة (NFA) من قوانين.

    2. هيئة (NFA) هي اختصار لـ (National Futures Association) وتعني هيئة الوطنية للعقود الآجلة، وهي تابعة لهيئة (CFTC) وتقوم بحماية المستثمرين من شركات الوساطة، ولها الصلاحية في تنفيذ العقوبات على شركات المخالفة للقوانين الهيئة.

    من الاشياء المطمئنه من جهة اى شركه الى جانب سمعتها الكويسه
    انها تكون مسجله فى احد الهيئات الرقابيه بالتالى لو حصل اى مشكله تقدر تاخد حقك منها

    نعم اخي يجب ان تكون في كل دولة تعمل في الفوركس هئات رقابية على هذه الشركات التي تتعامل من الفوركس للحد من التلاعب وزيادة المصداقية
