تشكر اخي المحترم على طرح هدا السؤال لما فيه من الحلال والحرام
وقد تضاربت فتاوي الشيوخ في هدا المقام حتى سرنا لا ندري ايهما نقتدي بها واي فتوى صالحة للحال والاحوال
وعلى كل حال فقد سمعت من فتاوي الشيوخ المحترمين والكبار ان الفتوى ينبغي ان تراعي المصلحة والمصلحة اولى الاولويات ولا خير في علم لا يتبع العصر او تشريع لا يتبع العصر فالديانة لا تختلف وهي موقرة
ولكن التشريعات تقتبس من العصر من عاداته وتقاليده وما يتطلبه الخحال والاستقلال والمصلحة او لى الاولويات
واننا نتاجر بحسابات اسلامية خالية من الربى ونحن على يقين اننا نتاجر على محجة بيضاء ليلها كنهارها
فدعنا اخي المحترم من القيل والقال وكترة الكلام قد يدهب بنا الى شيء لا تمت للمصلحة بصلة في ظاههرها تحض على الاسلام والاسلام منها براء قد يطول الكلام
