هل يوجد بعض الحسابات فى انستا الان لا تقدر الدخول الى الحساب الخاص به على الميتاتريدر او فى موقع الشركة حيث انه يوجد صديق لي لا يقدر ان يدخل على حسابة برغم انه كان يعمل عليه طوال اليوم وخرج لمدة نصف ساعة وعندما عاود الدخول لا يقدر الدخول مرة اخرى ارجو الافادة هل هذة مشكلة عند اكثر من مشترك ام مشكلة عنده هو فقط

اخى الكريم اعتقد بأن صديقك عنده مشكله بالحساب او فعل شئ بالخطأ
كل ما عليه فعله الان اذا كان الحساب لا يفتح
ان يراسل الدعم عبر البريد الالكترونى خدمه ممتازة واذا اردت ان يتصلو بيك هاتفيا سيفعلون ولكن عليك ان تتحدث الانجليزيه وشكرا

اخي الكريم لقد حصلت معي هذه المشكلة من يومين ولم استطيع فتح الحساب او استطيع فتح منصة الميتاتريدر ولكن بدون اتصال نت وقارنت ذلك بوجود منصة اخرى عندي لشركة تانية وهي اكس ام
وعرفت ان المشكلة في منصة انيستا وبالفعل المشكلة عندهم وبعد 5 ساعات تقريبا" رجعت وفتحت تاني .

حاول مرة أخرى أخى الكريم الدخول على الحسابة والتأكد من كتابة كل الحروف أسمول وليس هناك حرف كابيتال ، كما التأكد أيضا من الرقم السرى وذلك من خلال رسالة الشركة عبر الإيميل والتى بها كل الأرقام ويحاول أن يدخل رقم السر والحساب كوبى بسيت
