الخساره شيء وارد في اي وقت لانه ليس لها معاد
فا ما أفعل بعد الخساره احاول ان احسن من نفسي وابعد عن السوق لفتره كي اعيد فيها من الاول وجديد

يجب ان يكون بعد الخسارة فترة استراحة ومن ثم دراسة سبب الخسارة ومعرفة السبب جيدا
والعمل علي حل اسباب الخسارة في الصفقة السابقة واذا كانت استراتيجية التداول تحتاج الي التعديل فيجب تعديلها علي الفور
ولا يجب علي الشخص بعد الخسارة ان يفتح صفقة للتعويض لإن هذا يضاعف المشكلة ولا يحلها

لكن في حقيقة الأمر الخسارة هي فرصة تعليمية من نوع خاص
بحيث تجعل من المتداول أن يقف أمام نفسه و يأخذ نفسا عميقا يستعيد به نشاطه ثم يعود ليفهم سبب خسارته ليس من أجل الانتقام و استرداد ما خسر

دى اصعب حاجه فى المجال دا هو الخساره الخساره فى المجال دا صعبه جدا ولو صفقه واحده وللاسف خساره صفقه مع نفسيه غير ملتزمه هايخليك غير مستقر ودى هايودينا للتداول بشكل انتقامى من السوق وللاسف انته مش اقوى من السوق
ولا اقوى من صناع هذا السوق فا نهيتك هى الخساره وبالشكل دا السوق هايتحول بالنسبالك من تجاره الى عمليه مقامره ودا اللى بنحظر منه علشان السوق ساعتها هايتحول معاك الى عمليه مقامره فى كل مرا هاتدخل ب حسابك كلمه نتيجه صفقه واحده خاسره
تحاول الانتقام صفقه غير محسوبه تقودك لخساره اكبر
