    وصفة كيك البرتقال

    كيفية عمل كيكة البرتقال: ينخل الدقيق مع الملح مع المحسن مع البيكنج بودرة ثم نضيف عليه الفواكه المجففه المقطعه قطع صغيرة نضرب البيض مع الفانيليا مع السكر في الخلاط او المضرب الكهربائي 10 دقائق نضيف الزيت والزبده لخليط البيض ويضرب ٥ دقائق تخلط المكونات السائله مع المكونات الجافه وتقلب بحرص في اتجاه واحد يصب الخليط في قالب مدهون بالسمن ومرشوش بالدقيق يدخل فرن مسخن مسبقا على درجه حراره ١٩٠ لمده ٣٥ الى ٤٠ دقيقه نختبر تمام السوا بان نغرز في الكيكه سكينه رفيعه اذا خرجت نظيفه اطفى الفرن واخرجها واذا لم تخرج نظيفه اتركها ٥ دقائق اخرى تخرج من الفرن وتغطى بفوطه مطبخ نظيفه وتترك لتبرد لمده ساعة قبل التقطيع..
