الأوقات التى يحظر عليك التداول فيها فتنحصر فى أيام العطلات والأعياد الرسمية , بالإضافة إلى أوقات صدور الأخبار حيث يتحرك السوق بشل عنيف جدا فى هذه الأحيان , أضف إلى ذلك أول ساعة فى إفتتاح السوق يوم الإثنين الساعة 00:00 , وأهم فترة والتى يغفل عنها كثير من المتداولين هى فترة إستراحة الغذاء بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية من الساعة 19:30 وحتى الساعة 20:15 .
