السلام عليكم شكرا اخي الكريم كريم على الموضوع فعلا ان اغلب خسارتنا تكون في حالة الانفعال وغالبا نكون منفعلين من خسارة و ونحن تحت ضغطها نذهب الى صفقة اخرى للتعويض وبالتالي نخسر اكثر لدى الصبر وعدم التسرع من اهم ما لبد ان يتحلى به التاجر وخاصة ضبط الاعصاب وقت العمل والله الموفق
