السلام عليكم اكيد ان السبب هو المسح الضوئ السئ للوثيقة او ان حالتها كانت فقديمة او ان الحجم كبير لبد ان ترفع بالحجم المطلوب اوان مدة صلاحيتها منتهية هذه هي الاسباب التي ممكن ان يرفض بسببها الملف راجع الملف او غير الى جواز السفر او رخصة السياقة والله الموفق

و إما أن الشركة لم تنظر بعد في طلبك لكثرة الطلبات

الان يوجد دعم باللغه الرعبيه ولكن حاول رفع الهويه على شكل فلاش مش شكل صورة لكى تقبل
