Thread: بخصوص النظام الجديد من شركة انستافوركس

    instant بخصوص النظام الجديد من شركة انستافوركس

    بخصوص النظام الجديد للشركة

    تم التحدث مع خدمة العملاء و تم توضيح الاتى

    لا يمكن سحب الاموال التى كسبتها من البونص الا لو تم تفعيل الحساب

    الاول:عن طريق البطاقة

    الثانى:عن طريق وصل مياه او نور او غاز حديث

    و يجب ان تتجاوز الاثنين معا ويتم التفعيل فى غضون 72 ساعة على الاكثر

    اما اذا تم ايداع الاموال عن طريق الاموال الشحصية فانه يمكن السحب من الربح بدون تفعيل الحساب

    مشكلة تقابل بعض الاعضاء

    1:تم التسجيل بمعلومات خاطئة ماذا افعل؟

    الاجابة:يتم ارسال رسالة الى هذا الايميل    support@mail.instaforex.com

    مع الاتى رقم الحساب و الرقم السرى للهاتف الذى تم التسجيل به و نسخة من البطاقة او تحقيق الشخصية

    سؤال من احد الاعضاء بخصوص دولة فلسطين
    تم ارسال هذا الطلب الى الجهة المخصصة و ان شاء الله سيتم اضافتها

    اذا لم يتم تعديل البيانات يتم عمل حساب جديد مع معلومات صحيحة 100%

    و اى مشكلة ارجو ارسالها الى

    تم ارفاق الصورة التى تظهر للجميع

    رغم ان الواحد مش عارف اية الاسباب اللي خلت الشركة تطلب تفعيل الحساب اللي
    قبل كدة مكنش مطلوب لكن بردوا احنا لازم نلتزم بشروط الشركة بس اية اقص
    مدة ممكن تكون للوصل يعني ينفع فاتورة من اربع شهور مثلا

    بالنسبة لي قد فعلت حسابي على مرحلتين من اول ما فتحت الحساب الخاص بالبونص

    انا فعلت الحساب المستوى الاول بالباسبور وتم فعلا
    بس المشكله فى حكاية وصل النور انى قبل كدا جيت افعل الحساب فى شركه تانيه غير انستا قالى لازم وصل باسمك
    وانا الوصل عندى باسم والدى لانه صاحب البيت
    دى بقى تتحل ازاى ؟

    انا فعلت الحساب ببطاقة اثبات الهوية وبطاقة الطالب الجامعية
    وتم قبول التفعيل وكدا طلبت بطاقة الماستر كارد بنفس المعلومات
    وتوصلت بها شكرا و بالتوفيق
    الغرب ليسو عباقرة ونحن أغبياء
    هم فقط يدعمون الفاشل حتى ينجح
    ونحن نحارب الناجح
    حتى يفشل

    انا فتحت حساب جديد وعملت صور البطاقه وايصال النور
    لكن الصوره مش واضحه ناوي اصورها من تاني قبل اول الشهر ان شاء الله لانها تستغرق 72 ساعه

    لكن الدين ليس لهم البطاقة ماهو حلهم بصراحة التفعيل سيكون جيد بالنسبة للدين لديهم البطاقة
    بصراحة لا اعلم ماهو الحل اتمنى توضيح من الشركة ادا كانت تقبل الماء باسم الوالد سيكون شيئ جميل
