مشكلة فى ايداع على حساب البونص خطئ

عندى مشكلة انا عندى حساب بونص جديد فى المنتدى
ثم فتحت اليوم حساب حقيقى بعيد عن حساب البونص وقمت بايداع مبلغ 100 دولار
ثم فوجئت بانى اودععت المال فى حساب البونص وليس الحساب الاخر الخاص
ارجو حل هذه المشكلة مش عارف اعمل ايه

ماشاء الله على الحلول
ولا واحد من الادارة يطلع يرد عليا باى حل
على العموم ان شاء الله ساحلها بنفسى وبمن لهم خبرة مع الشركة
ايه يعنى اودعت 100 دولار عن طريق الخطئ فى حساب البونص

أخي الكريم هذا ليس بمشكلة فقط فرق بين البونص ولإيداع
أو قم بسحب المال منم الحساب وإيداعه من جديد في الحساب الأخر أو قم بتحويل المال من حساب البونص للحساب الأخر

المبلغ وصل فعلا للحساب وبدات به المتاجرة حتى يتم تفقعيل المستويين ثم ساقوم بسحب المال مرة اخرى
