اخي الكريم اذا كنت خسرت كل البونص أي تمرجن حسابك فليس عليك أي تعويض لكن هل تم تمرجن حسابك بالفعل ؟؟ هل صفقاتك تم اغلاقها اتوماتيكيا لأن رصيدك انتهى وحسابك قد تمرجن ؟؟
اذا كان هذا قد حصل فلا بد انه هناك خطأ من الشركة وهذا الامر يحدث وليس عليك إلا مراسلة الشركة نفسها وتوضيح مشكلتك فنحن لن نستطيع ان نعطيك الحل او السبب بل فقط نتحزر

اعتقد ان هناك شىء ليس واضح ان كنت خسرت مارجن كول فلست مطالب برد الخساره نهائيا وتبدا من الشهر الجديد من اول التداول
ولا اعرف ما هى السالب التى اتت لك حاول ان تتاكد مما حدث

انا الى اعرفة ان اول شهر بيتجمع مع تانى شهر ولكن اذا تعرض الحساب فى الشهر الاول
الى مرجن كول فانك سوف تتحاسب على بونص الشهر التانى ويمكن يكون اتعرض لمرجن كول وليس غلق الصفقة بايدك انت لازم هى الى تقفل لوحدا
يعنى خروج اجبارى

لم توضح مشكلتك بشكل جيد و لم أستطع فهمها
ولكم إن كان لديك حساب بونص و خسرت جزء من البونص للشهر الحالي فيجب التعويض في الشهر المقبل
و أظن أن هذا هو السبب الرئيسي الذي جعل حسابك بالسالب
