تم ربط الحساب ولكن ... مشكله
انا عملت عضويه فى المنتدى هنا وربط الحساب فى موقع instaforex وكله تمام التمام و 100 فل و 14 كمان
لكن المشكله بعد لما بعتلى اسم المستخدم والباسورد حملت الميتاتريدر 5 من نفس الموقع وكل اما احاول ادخل عليه بالحساب اللى انا عملته ع الموقع يرفض الدخول
مع العلم انى لسه مفعلتش العضويه فى موقع instaforex
هل انا كده ماشى صح ولا فى حاجه غلط ؟؟
ولو عملت حساب تانى على الميتا تريدر 5 هل ينفع ابدله بالحساب على موقع instaforex ولا لآ ؟؟

تفعيل الحساب ليس له اى علاقة بالدخول على الحساب و بالتالى ابحث فى اتجاه اخر
ربما انت لا تدخل كلمة السر بشكل صحيح و ممكن تسترجعها على الايميل مرة اخرى لتتأكد انها صحيحة

هذه المشكلة وارده،ومعظمنا قابلها،علشان كده حاول تحتفظ بأكواد المرور فى مكان آمن،ولو مشكله فنيه حدث البرنامج،أو ممكن تراسل الدعم الفنى.

حمل الميتاتريدر4 واحذف حملت الميتاتريدر 5 وجرب ادخل الحساب والباسورد ممكن تنحل المشكلة وإذا لم نتجح العملية ادخل رقم الحسابك وهو Trading account number وبهدها جرب الباسورد Trader password او Phone password اوPIN code او Investor password وعليك تغيير Server لان كثير من الاحيان تكون المشكلة من Server ضع كل الاحتمالات في Server
